Wagara, the traditional Japanese patterns, are drawn from historic textile documents. Today, the intriguing dialect of these designs is reinterpreted in tile exclusively by MGM in the Wagara ceramic wall tile collection. The 6-inch square tiles are offered in 8 different Wagara patterns in a choice of 7 colors on a clean, white ground. The floral, sinuous and geometric motifs are as beautiful today as they were in 8th century Japan, ensuring a truly timeless, artful and beautiful interior. Wagara tile is suitable for vertical interior applications.
